Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting a Trade Counter Sales Assistant for our Garstang Branch. We’re looking for someone who can deliver outstanding service, build strong customer relationships, and consistently strive to exceed expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting both trade and retail customers with enquiries
• Guiding customers through product options and helping them find the right solutions
• Handling cash transactions and using a computerised stock system
• Providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a trade counter or customer-facing environment
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Motivated, target-driven attitude with a passion for helping customers
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy branch team
• Knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, building materials, timber, and hardware
