We are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our busy Newry branch. If you’re enthusiastic, great with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Internal Sales

• Provide professional and timely pricing for customer enquiries
• Follow up on quotations and record outcomes accurately
• Convert quotes to orders while achieving the best possible margins
• Process successful quotations efficiently
• Proactively promote products and services through telesales
• Offer knowledgeable advice and support to customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Branch Manager
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues, sales reps, and customers

General Responsibilities

• Assist within other departments when required to meet customer demand
• Participate in stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards
• Work collaboratively to support overall branch sales
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and meet sales targets
• Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and goodwill
• Be flexible with working hours, including occasional overtime
• Carry out any other duties required to support the efficient running of the department
