About the Role

As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll play a key part in helping customers create their dream bathrooms. Whether you’re chatting through ideas, demonstrating products, or developing design layouts, you’ll make the customer experience inspiring and enjoyable.

You will:

• Welcome customers and guide them through bathroom styles, finishes, and options
• Learn to create professional bathroom layouts and quotations using design software (full training provided)
• Develop strong product knowledge across brands, ranges, and technical specifications
• Shadow experienced consultants and take part in structured training
• Support the showroom team with displays, presentation, and merchandising
• Deliver outstanding service that brings customer ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need bathroom experience — just the right attitude and a passion for interiors.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in retail or a customer-facing sales role
• An interest in interiors, design, home improvement, or similar industries
• A friendly, confident communication style
• A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn
• A team-focused mindset and enthusiasm for developing new skills

Sectors like kitchens, furniture, flooring, tiles, or home décor are highly transferable.
