Internal Sales Representative
Job description
The Internal Sales role plays a key part in supporting customers and driving branch performance. Working closely with the sales team and customers, you will handle enquiries, provide product advice, and convert quotations into orders while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
Laying out and assembling timber components
Pressing, stacking, and preparing roof trusses for dispatch
Creating Posi and I-Joists to fulfil customer orders
Ensuring all timber products meet our quality standards
What You Need (Essential)
Have an interest in timber, construction, or manufacturing
Are hardworking, enthusiastic, and keen to learn
Enjoy working as part of a team and have a positive, “can-do” attitude
Previous experience in sales or managing customer accounts
