Internal Sales Representative - Heckmondwike

Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Internal Sales Person who will maximise sales while building good relationships with customers and continually striving to exceed their expectations.  This role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business. 


Your Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Working between the Trade Counter and Sales Office
  • Dealing with Customer Enquiries & Orders
  • Pro-actively making calls to increase Sales & Enquiries
  • Process Orders for Customer Delivery or with Key Suppliers
  • Pro-active management and ownership of branch accounts
  • Supporting your external sales team to increase conversion rates
  • Exceeding customer expectation and building lasting partnerships


The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service  
  • Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team
  • Computer Literate
  • Pleasant Telephone Manner
  • Experience dealing with the General public/Trade
  • Ideally from a Building / Timber Merchant background
  • Good understanding of  timber / panel products
