About the Role

We are recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused Trainee Sales & Design Consultant to join our Showroom team in Enniskillen. This is an ideal opportunity for someone from a retail background — particularly where design, customer service, and sales are key — who is looking to build a long-term career in bathroom interiors within a growing and supportive business. You’ll be trained by experienced consultants and supported every step of the way as you develop the skills to become a confident, design-led sales professional specialising in bathroom solutions.

Key Duties for the role of Trainee Sales & Design Consultant include:

  • Welcoming customers into the showroom and assisting them in exploring bathroom products and design options.
  • Learning how to create bathroom layouts and quotations using design software (full training provided).
  • Developing product knowledge across bathroom ranges, finishes, and fittings.
  • Shadowing experienced consultants and attending structured training sessions.
  • Supporting the team in maintaining showroom presentation and displays.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and help turn ideas into reality.

Applications for the role of Sales & Design Consultant are invited from individuals who:

  • Have a genuine interest in bathroom interiors, design, or home improvement.
  • Have experience in retail, ideally in a setting where design advice, customer engagement, and sales are key — such as interiors, furniture, kitchens, tiles, or similar sectors.
  • Have the ability to deal with customer queries and complaints with courtesy and care.
  • Are friendly, confident communication style with a natural ability to engage customers.
  • Are enthusiastic about developing customer relationships and learning how to support sales goals through excellent service.
  • Are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Have a  proactive, positive attitude and a team-focused mindset.

The successful person will receive a competitive rate of pay plus fantastic benefits including:

  • Training & Development Programs to help meet your career ambitions
  • Staff Discounts
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Incentive Bonus Scheme
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is Monday 29th September 2025
