Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial success? Plumbmaster, a leading division within a respected and long-established brand, is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and shape our plumbing & heating sales and purchasing strategy.

About the Role:

As the Commercial Sales Manager, you will be the commercial fulcrum of our Plumbing & Heating division, responsible for aligning sales and purchasing strategies to deliver growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for sales and purchasing across all locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless rollout of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and support sales teams to achieve commercial goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a commercial sales or purchasing role, ideally within the plumbing & heating or building supplies sector.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and teams.
  • Commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
