This is a new role within Plumbmaster & Bathline, presenting a truly unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to progress their career with one of the market leaders in the supply of Plumbing, Heating & Bathroom products.  

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the commercial team to deliver group strategies

• Forming strategic and collaborative relationships with our suppliers whilst ensuring quality products are secured at optimal prices.

• Developing and maintaining relationships with our branches, providing the support they need in order to increase sales & profitability to drive sustainable growth.

• Managing the end-to-end category proposition, enhancing our product offering to customers

• Liaising with stock controllers to ensure the availability of core stock lines at all times

• Maintaining internal communication to ensure product data is accurate on our computer system

• Presenting agreed monthly performance reports to the Senior Leadership team

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Commercial acumen, with knowledge of plumbing & heating products
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Analytical mind
• Detailed approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
• Proficient in MS Office
