Business Development Manager - Ireland

Job description

Due to continued growth we wish to recruit a results focused Business Development Manager to develop our Merchant accounts through the Republic of Ireland.  As the successful candidate you will be covering allocated Counties in the southern region of Ireland

We require a talented, high performing individual to take ownership for the retention of existing business and the acquiring of new. You will be able to create a targeted strategy to identify and develop key accounts .You will also use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid partnerships for the future. A valid driving licence is required.

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
  • Maximise sales and profit of all our product range majoring on Timber Products
  • Resolve issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner
  • Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system

 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Knowledge of timber, building and hardware products
  • Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Incentivised by hitting targets
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a sales-based customer-focused industry
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Competent level of IT proficiency
