Based at our Site in Balmoral, an opportunity has arisen in our Team for an ambitious Shop Supervisor. The primary focus is on driving Sales and ensuring the highest levels of Customer service in an efficient manner.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Shop Supervisor will:

• Fully understand Customers requirements both in retail and trade and how that can be married into our business model for superior Customer service and sales growth in a business focused manner

• Help drive process improvements through the organisation from a Customer service perspective taking all available opportunities to improve the Customer experience

• Maximise the opportunities for Customer service improvement in a business focused manner

• Help develop the Customer service culture in their shop team

What do you need to be successful?

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Management / Supervisory experience with the ability to motivate others
