Key responsibilities for the role of Plumbmaster Manager include:

• Continually improve branch sales and margin KPI’s
• Mentor and develop the team
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Motivate the team to exceed targets
• Management of stock in line with sales
• Audit department branch systems and procedures with teams

Experience in working in the Plumbing and Heating or Builders Merchant industry would be desirable but not essential as full training would be provided.
