An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead one of the biggest Bathroom Showroom brands in NI - Bathline at The Haldane Group.  We wish to recruit an ambitious, customer focused Group Showroom Manager who wants to grow and develop themselves and the business.

The Group Showroom Manager role is based across the Company’s bathroom showrooms in Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. The successful candidate will lead an already successful and experienced team across these locations.

Key responsibilities for Group Showroom Manager will include:

• Leading the team in the development and growth of Bathline
• Identifying sales and margin opportunities for future growth
• Identify product ranges for showrooms across the Group
• Lead the purchase of sanitary ware across the Group
• Lead the strategy to manage stock

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire their team
• Ability to work in a fast paced customer focused environment
• Previous experience of showroom and related products
• Ability to achieve KPI and margin targets
• Knowledge of a range of bathroom and related products

You should have a strong sales background, great with customers and have the ability to lead and inspire the Bathline team. Reporting to the Managing Director of Plumbmaster and Bathline the successful candidate will receive an attractive package along with the support to take Bathline to the next level.  A full, clean driving licence is required for this role.
