The company believes in their people and strives to provide excellent and reliable service to their customers. We wish to recruit a Order Management Coordinator at our Head Office in Newry. We're looking for a motivated, customer service driven individual to join our fast-paced Order Management team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who's keen to build experience in operations, logistics and customer service—with support to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one, building good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations.

 

As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will be at the centre of our order and delivery operations—ensuring customer satisfaction from order placement to successful fulfilment. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure every order is accurate, timely, and aligned with customer expectations.

Your key responsibilities as Customer Operations Coordinator will include:

  • Oversee the full customer order lifecycle—from entry to final delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer updates, queries, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with purchasing teams to confirm stock levels and availability
  • Schedule and prioritise orders for warehouse and yard picking teams
  • Partner with logistics to manage delivery timelines and exceptions
  • Monitor and update order systems daily to minimise delays or errors
  • Prepare and distribute delivery documentation and track fulfilment performance
  • Identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency and accuracy

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Calm and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
