We wish to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator at our Head Office in Newry. We are looking for someone who will make an impact building good relationships with customers whilst continually striving to exceed their expectations. 

 

Your key responsibilities as Customer Service Coordinator will include:

  • Exceeding customer expectation and building lasting partnerships
  • Liaising with customers on all aspects of their orders
  • Processing all orders timely and efficiently
  • Working collaboratively across the business ensuring customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded effectively 
  • Review orders daily and react accordingly

 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service  
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a branch team 
  • IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes 
  • Knowledge or experience of building and timber products
