We wish to recruit a Branch Manager for our Bangor Branch. This unique role is suitable for an ambitious and determined individual who wants to progress their career to the next stage within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading independent merchants.

Key responsibilities for the role of Branch Manager include:

• Continually improve branch sales and margin
• Ensure all branch KPI’s are achieved
• Mentor and develop the team
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Motivate the team to exceed targets
• Management of stock in line with sales
• Audit branch systems and procedures with teams
