We wish to recruit a Branch Director for our flagship site in Newry. You will lead the largest and most strategically important branch in our network. This role encompasses full responsibility for all divisions operating from the site — Haldane Fisher, Plumbmaster, and Bathline — as well as oversight of transport, operations, and health & safety across the entire location. You will drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and team leadership, ensuring the site operates as a cohesive, customer-focused, and profitable unit.

Key responsibilities for the role of Branch Director include:

• Drive unified operational and commercial strategies across all divisions, aligning with company-wide goals.

• Own full branch P&L, boost revenue, control costs, and lead data-driven performance improvements.

• Manage site operations including warehousing, logistics, and transport, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

• Champion a proactive safety culture through audits, risk assessments, and regulatory adherence.

• Lead a high-performing team, maintain strong customer relationships, and shape local strategy through market insights.
