Position:

Based at our Site in Newry, a full time opportunity has arisen in our Sawmill and Roof Truss Departments for a Timber Operative. This role ideal for someone who has recent experience of working timber and building materials. The position will also allow the application to learn new skills that will equip them for a career within one of the UK and Ireland’s leading Independent merchants.

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Covering duties in the Sawmill or Roof Truss production area
• Ensuring all tooling is set correctly and adhere to safety standards
• Ensure all tooling is sharpened accordingly
