We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a Stock and Systems Administrator at our Enniskillen Branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established local branch where there will be excellent prospects for advancement.
Key duties include:
- Stock inventory control and monitoring
- Efficient storage, availability and classification of required stock
- Work alongside distribution, production and purchasing to ensure that the correct materials are available as required
- Liaise closely with Accounts regarding the investigation and resolution of variances
- Communicate stock availability issues regularly with relevant departments
- Reporting on figures

- Experience in purchasing & managing stock
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Good analytical and IT skills with competence in using Excel
- Effective negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
