We are looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a Stock and Systems Administrator at our Enniskillen Branch. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established local branch where there will be excellent prospects for advancement.

Key duties include:

• Stock inventory control and monitoring
• Efficient storage, availability and classification of required stock
• Work alongside distribution, production and purchasing to ensure that the correct materials are available as required
• Liaise closely with Accounts regarding the investigation and resolution of variances
• Communicate stock availability issues regularly with relevant departments
• Reporting on figures

Do you have?

• Experience in purchasing & managing stock
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Good analytical and IT skills with competence in using Excel
• Effective negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
