With continued expansion and a commitment to investing in our people, we’re pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Group Payroll Officer to join our busy HR & Payroll Team at our Newry Head Office.

About the Role

As a Group Payroll Officer, you’ll play a key part in ensuring colleagues across the business are paid accurately, on time, and in line with all statutory requirements. You’ll work closely with both Payroll and HR teams, ensuring data accuracy and delivering a high standard of service across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring data from time & attendance systems is correctly captured
  • Work with HR to manage starters, leavers, salary changes, onboarding, and auto-enrolment compliance
  • Prepare and submit BACS payments, PAYE, pensions, and other statutory payments within deadlines
  • Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, manpower analysis, and year-end summaries
  • Handle payroll queries promptly and professionally, offering clear guidance and support
  • Maintain confidentiality and stay up to date with payroll, tax, and pension legislation
