Operations Manager - Coleraine

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager within the team at our Coleraine Branch. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic and have a willingness to learn and develop new skills that will equip them for a successful career within Haldane Fisher.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve branch KPIs
- Oversee yard operations including goods in/out, customer loading, and site tidiness.
- Ensure high standards of customer service across all touchpoints.
- Manage & maintain health & safety standards across the site.
- Manage stock levels, rotation, and quality control.
- Manage weekly / monthly rotas ensuring cover and customer service levels are kept to a high standard all year round.

- Has proven experience in operations or yard management, ideally in a merchant or trade environment.
- Is committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety and driving operational excellence across all areas of responsibility
- Has strong leadership and people management skills.
- Is ‘Hands-on’ in their approach and can lead by example
- Is a confident communicator and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Has knowledge of timber, building, and hardware products (preferred).
- Holds a forklift licence and experience (preferred).
