Internal Sales Representative- Ladas Drive

Due to continued growth we wish to recruit an Internal Sales Representative to join our team based at our branch in Ladas, Drive. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and also enjoys working in a fast pace environment.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Internal Sales

  • Price customer enquiries and return same within required time
  • Follow up quotations to a conclusion and properly record outcome
  • Achieve the specified order quotation to completion rate at the best possible margin
  • Accurately process successful quotations into orders
  • Pro-actively promote enquiries and orders by telesales
  • Provide advice and assistance to customers to best of ability
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as set by the Branch Manager
  • Work to develop a positive relationship between Sales Representative(s), other Departments and customers to achieve best results for the company

 

General

  • Work within other departments as requested to meet customer demands
  • Participate in company stock takes ensuring an accurate count of all stock
  • Ensure compliance with all regularity and legal requirements
  • Co-operate and assist with other departments to achieve sales
  • Continually update your knowledge of products by participating in company and supplier training to achieve sales targets
  • Act all times with courtesy and goodwill towards customers to promote the best image of the company.
  • Work overtime from time to time at the request of the Company.  This includes a flexible approach to start and finish times
  • Any other tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the department as requested by the Branch Manager
