Internal Sales Representative - Key Hardware

Job description

Due to continued growth and to support our future plans we wish to recruit a results focused Internal Sales Representative to develop our accounts.  The successful person will be an integral member of the Key Hardware sales team, providing sales support across the organisation and playing a pivotal role in growing the business and nurturing solid partnerships for the future. 


Your key responsibilities as Internal Sales Representative will include:

  • Achieving sales, margin and quotation targets
  • Pro-active management and ownership of accounts
  • Exceeding customer expectation and building lasting partnerships
  • Using CRM and other digital tools


The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Committed and passionate to providing excellent customer service  
  • Target driven with a genuine passion for the customer
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • IT savvy and a proficient user of the wider MS Office programmes 
  • Knowledge of Ironmongery, General Hardware & associated products
