The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety! You will split your time between recruiting brilliant people to join our team and coordinating training programmes that help our colleagues grow and develop. You will be at the heart of our people strategy, making a real difference to both candidates and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
On the Recruitment Side: Managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across the business
Sourcing top talent through creative channels and building a strong candidate pipeline.
Screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process
Delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to day one
Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their needs
On the Training Side:
Coordinating all training activities—from inductions to specialist programmes
Delivering engaging training sessions (with full support to build your confidence!)
Managing our Learning Management System and tracking training completion
Collaborating with external providers and supporting the development of internal training materials
Measuring training impact and continuously improving our approach
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need to be an expert in everything. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and eagerness to learn.
Here is what matters most to us:
Experience in recruitment (whether in-house or agency) with a track record of finding great people.
Some exposure to training coordination or delivery (even if it is early in your career)
Excellent communication skills You are as comfortable on the phone as you are presenting to a group.
Superb organizational skills You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
A people focused approach You genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
Tech savviness You are comfortable with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new tools.
A proactive, can-do attitude You spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative.
Bonus points if you have: CIPD qualification (or working towards it), training delivery experience, experience in manufacturing/construction, or a full driving licence.
