Due to continued growth, we wish to recruit a Group Key Account Manager. You will be able to create a targeted strategy to identify and develop key accounts. You will use your industry knowledge and expertise to nurture solid relationships and partnerships for the future. 

 

Your Key Responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop new key customer relationships whilst continuously growing existing ones
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Develop a technical understanding of core product ranges and promote accordingly
  • Compile and analyse sales data through the CRM system
  • Collect customer feedback and market research

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Customer service focused
  • Good team work skills
  • Can do attitude 
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience of CRM system (desirable)
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team
  • Be project driven to produce required outcomes
