Business Intelligence Lead
Job description
Lead. Influence. Innovate.
Haldane Group is a leading, fast‑growing organisation operating across the UK & Ireland. As we continue to strengthen our digital and data capabilities, we are recruiting a Business Intelligence Lead — a pivotal, strategic role shaping how data informs decision‑making across our entire Group.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this is an exciting opportunity for a BI professional who loves turning data complexity into clarity, empowering teams, and building reporting solutions that drive measurable impact.
If you’re passionate about data, confident working with senior stakeholders, and ready to influence group-wide strategy, this role offers the perfect platform to step into true leadership.
The Opportunity
As our Business Intelligence Lead, you will be the Group’s BI subject-matter expert. You will own and develop our BI environment, enhance reporting standards, and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making across Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT.
This is your chance to:
- Build and shape a modern BI function
- Lead group-wide reporting strategy
- Drive improvements in data quality, automation, consistency, and insight
- Deliver dashboards and analytics used at board and executive level
The Ideal Candidate
You’re someone who sees stories in data. You simplify the complex. You anticipate needs before they’re voiced and recommend solutions before challenges arise.
You’re just as comfortable presenting to senior leaders as you are coaching teams on self-service reporting. Curious, analytical, and collaborative — you thrive on improving processes, solving problems, and delivering insight that helps others make smarter decisions.
If this sounds like you, we want to meet you.
