The Role

Based in our busy Warehouse Department, this role is ideal for someone with existing warehouse experience—or someone eager to learn new skills and progress within a respected and established business.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and creating customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving supplier deliveries and managing returns
• Ensuring all goods are checked and supported by correct documentation
• Loading and unloading supplier and customer vehicles
• Monitoring stock levels and quality, reporting issues to the Warehouse Manager
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of ironmongery and hardware products (desirable)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Forklift licence or willingness to complete training
