We are currently recruiting a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Duncrue Plumbmaster branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long‑term career with a successful and forward‑thinking merchant, offering stability, development, and genuine progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service at the trade counter

• Advise customers on plumbing and heating products and solutions

• Process sales transactions accurately using tills and internal systems

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised branch

• Support stock control, merchandising, and overall branch teamwork

• Identify sales opportunities and assist with technical queries

About You

• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service or trade counter role

• Knowledge of plumbing products (or willingness to learn)

• Proactive, reliable, and detail‑focused with a sales mindset

• Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
