Group HR Generalist - Head Office, Newry

We are seeking a highly skilled Group HR Generalist to join our HR team at our Head Office in Newry. This pivotal role provides comprehensive HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and alignment with our organisational values.

Key duties of the Group HR Generalist will include:

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and manage employee relations cases
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Support performance management and coach managers on feedback and development
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Administer compensation and benefits programmes
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to HR projects and organisational change
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership

Applications are invited from an individual who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (CIPD preferred)
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK & NI employment law
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and integrity
