We are currently recruiting a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Ladas Drive Plumbmaster branch. Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the trade counter

• Advise customers on plumbing and heating materials and product solutions

• Process sales transactions accurately using tills and internal systems

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised branch environment

• Support stock control, merchandising, and teamwork across the branch

• Identify sales opportunities and support customers with technical product queries

About You

• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer‑focused approach

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers

• Experience in a fast‑paced customer service or trade counter environment

• Good knowledge of plumbing materials and products (or the ability and willingness to develop this knowledge)

• Proactive, reliable, and sales‑minded with strong attention to detail

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
