We are currently seeking a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Ladas Drive branch, supporting our Trade customers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a successful and growing independent merchant, offering a stable working environment and strong development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing sales transactions accurately using tills and systems

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders safely and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised branch environment

• Supporting stock control, merchandising, and teamwork across departments

• Identifying sales opportunities and assisting customers with product solutions

About You

• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or trade counter role

• Good knowledge of general plumbing and heating products

• A proactive problem-solver with a sales-oriented mindset

• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
