We are currently seeking a Counter Sales Advisor to join our Ballymena branch, supporting our plumbing and heating customers. Key Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service at the trade counter for plumbing and heating enquiries
• Processing sales transactions accurately using tills and systems
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised branch environment
• Supporting stock control, merchandising, and teamwork across departments
• Identifying sales opportunities and assisting customers with product solutions

About You

• Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service or trade counter role (plumbing/heating experience advantageous)
• Good knowledge of general plumbing and heating products
• A proactive problem-solver with a sales-oriented mindset
• Forklift licence desirable but not essential
