Due to continued growth and exciting future plans, Ladas Drive—one of Belfast’s leading suppliers of timber and building materials—is seeking a driven and ambitious Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at our Ladas Drive branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be at the heart of branch operations, supporting performance, people, and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager in driving the branch forward in line with company objectives

  • Achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets

  • Assisting in the management and development of all departments

  • Overseeing stock control to ensure availability meets customer demand

  • Leading from the front in delivering outstanding customer service

  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For
